One of my magnificent coworkers gave me a free book. I gladly accepted, but was unable to peruse its contents until last night. Wow! One of the best books I could have ever asked for. Simple, to the point, and full of fabulous ideas that get my brain jumping.
I highly recommend this book, Literacy Work Stations: Making Centers Work, by Debbie Diller. I haven't read the entire book yet, but just by glancing at it I can tell it's gonna be a good one. I should know, I've read enough prescribed literature over the past few months to know when it's going to be good or just down right awful.
